If amount getting debited from customer account and ticket not issued, ANT Travels Pvt. Ltd. will refund the entire Fare and ANT Travels Pvt. Ltd. service charges electronically (as credit to the relevant credit/debit card account used for the transaction), but the bank/card transaction charges are likely to be forfeited.
If ticket issued, ANT Travels Pvt. Ltd. will refund on the basis of cancellation policy except GST from total amount paid. ANT's payment reconciliation team works on a 24 x 7 basis, ANT Travels Pvt. Ltd. offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customer's card/bank accounts. Approximate refund time is 7 working days.
